Antique Ernst Leitz Wetzlar Binocular Compound Microscope with Accessories and CaseNo. 243556 - Manufactured in Germany between 1925 and 1926Includes original wooden box with key and working lock mechanism. Comes with all three slide outs containing the accessories. The box has some wear from storage.Accessories include: Monocular apparatus to replace the binocular one that is currently affixed, two extra 10x magnifying eye pieces, three metal screw top lens cases. The original ma...gnification table is attached to the inside of the door.I did shine a light on the mirror and I could see thru the eye pieces, although I do not have a slide or anything to test clarity. The mirror appears in good condition and I don't see any issues. The microscope and all the parts could use a good cleaning to remove the years of dust but it appears to be functional.
