LIGHTER HAS BEEN USED/CARRIED AND IT HAS STAINING/SCRATCHES/SCUFFS/DENTS/DINGS/SOME PITTING TO SURFACE. ALSO, THE LID IS WOBBLY, BOTH WHEN OPENED AND CLOSED.
