A very clean and fully functional Russian Marine Chronometer serviced and cleaned in superb original condition
THE MOVEMENT.The 56 hour gimballed chain fusee movement with spring dentent chronometer escapement is in superb condition and keeps excellent time.
THE DIAL.The white painted dial with black Arabic numerals and blued steel spade hands is signed by the makers & carries the number 11577.
THE CASE.The double tier mahogany case with gallery window to top revealing the time the lower tier gives access to the gimball lock, chronometer for winding and adjustment, and the key. MEASUREMENTSClock Face Diameter: 5.5"
