Very Rare KB&B Kaywoodie RED CLOVER "Devonshire" Shape 49 Large Unger Oom Paul Pipe
First and foremost. It has a crack on the bowl that has been photographed form several different angles. It is however certainly worth restoring/repairing considering the rarity. All else is in wonderful condition. A red clover logo is rare to say the least! Shape 49 is also rarer to find. I would place this in the 1920's to very early 1930's. It is a push tenon with the Drinkless stinger i...n place.. Saddle stem with red clover is in excellent condition. The bowl rim is nice and was scored in the corners at the factory. Aged Bruyere stamp is another early indicator. As said before, an extremely rare opportunity to own a piece of early Kaywoodie history. It should be restored by the lucky new owner. Rare, rare, rare!
