This wheel is very old. ...The set screws turn properly. Some defects are present with are marked in yellow. Check the photos because there part of the description. Great for steam punk art, tractor or steam engine hobby's you be the judge. There are small "hair-line" cracks present that are shown via the marked yellow arrows for ease of visibly.
