I am glad to offer you a rare antique silver plated candlestick .FRAGET PLAQUE.Very rare Fraget mark for marking hollow articles obtained by deposition of silver based on copper on a copper surface. It consists of the inscription "FRAGET PLAQUE" ("FRAGET PLATE"), placed inside the oval. Above the oval is the emblem of the Russian Empire - the double-headed eagle. Inside... the small oval is the emblem of a corporation of copper and bronze blacksmiths (two crossed hammers with a pair of compasses). Sometimes this sign is given twice.
