VERY FINE 17/18thc CHINESE TIBET BRONZE SILVER & GOLD INLAID MANJUSHRI BUDDHAJOANIES NOVEMBER PREMIER NO RESERVE ESTATE AUCTIONS Hi, thank you for having a look at our auctions! Up for auction is a VERY FINE 17TH TO 18TH CENTURY CHINESE TIBET BRONZE SILVER & GOLD INLAID MANJUSHRI BUDDHA. A truly superb and we believe very rare example. Finely inlaid with silver & gold along with remnants of gilding to the face and lapis lazuli remnants to the finely detailed hair. The base plate does not appear to have ever been disturbed or opened. We are told a near identical example sold a few years ago at Christies for a very large amount which is well worth looking into. As all our auctions have run for 15 years now here online All our items are sold to the highest bidder with Absolutely No Reserves!
Condition: Very good undisturbed estate-fresh condition as seen in images. No missing pieces or repairs noted.
Size: The figure measures 5 5/8 inches tall, by 3 7/8 inches wide, and 3 inches deep at the base. The figure weighs 1202 grams or 2.64 pounds.
