Missing the back part of the arrow but will function as designed because the rest of the Rooster will catch the breeze. Has a great patin...a. It is 27 1/2" Wide and 21 1/4 Tall. The opening for the pole is 5/8". It weighs a bit over 5 pounds. It has the remnants of white paint on the rooster and the rest has the remnants of silver paint. The base slides over your pole mount. It would look great in you garden on a piece or rebar or other metal stake.
