Thisis an original Patek Philippe watch. It looks like a pendant watch that at sometime was used as an early wrist watch (wire lug on bottom of case). The watchis open face, stem wind and pin set, and measures 32mm in diameter. Theporcelain dial is excellent, with no chips or hairlines. It has one extremely small pinhead-size chip above the name, which you can see in the close up picture. Nice original fancygilt hands. The case is 18K gold, with a hinged double-back. The case is marked...inside the back “0, 750” and “PP&Co”. The inner lid is marked “PATEKPHILIPPE & CO, GENEVA”. The inner lid carries the serial #135460, which isalso on the movement. The case number “242944” is also stamped on the inside ofboth lids. The movement is gilt, lever escapement, jeweled, serial number135460 (matches inner case back number). The case back has 3 fancy initials engravedon it. The inner lid has the name of the original owner. The movement runs strong, but has not been cleaned or serviced in years.So it may need a cleaning to be a reliable timekeeper. It is around 3 minutes off a day. Use this as a wristwatch, or remove the bottom loop and use as a pendant watch. A nice originalpiece. Buyer pays shipping, $20 in USA. Thank you.
