VINTAGE FRENCH HANDMADE HAMMERED COPPER JARDINIERE PLANTER WINDOW SILL PLANTER BRASS HANDLE TIN LINED DECORATIVE This is a vintage French handmade hammered copper jardinière planter window Sill Planter tin lined brass handles and copper rolled top This was handmade by a local French copper smith decades ago The brass handles are fixed to the planter 3 copper rivets a decorative Planter you can see it is handmade as it has dove tail joints on each end The...se are welded with brass only quality copper items were welded with brassIt could sit on the kitchen window sill and you could grow your own herbs in it Then you would have fresh herbs to cook with when ever you wantedIt was very dirty and tarnished when l found it in a old French hanger (barn) See pictures 7, 8, 9 I have given it a wash in hot soapy water and polished it now it looks stunningIt would polish up more if you wanted It would look stunning on any window sill
It is 580mm approx. 22.75.inches long from the brass handle 520mm approx. 20.5 inches long across the top
