This is an extremely hard to find Marx a mansion. It has many hard to find pieces with it. It comes with the Florida room. Glass is nice and unbroken. It also has the htf cupola. Htf porch and rails. Lots of extras. I will try to describe but please ask anyband all things that important to you before bidding or buying. No returns as this is a huge item.
Color in house is very nice and bright. The roof on the Florida room has the tabs broken off. Glass and floor are great. Porch is ...very bright with little discoloration at all. It does have a broken tab but holds together very nicely. The porch has a break along the edge where the porch rail sits. The only issue I can see with the house is the end has a dent under the chimney area. I have shown this in pics. It covers fairly when the chimney is in place. There is a slight bow under the living room due to this. Have also shown that in pics. It is otherwise very bright and excellent condition for its ageThe furniture is as seen in pic. Most is in very good condition. I will try to list any damage I see. Bathtub is broken lamp head missing. Light red on chest and makeup stool. Leg broken off yellow half table. Does have to three metal window awnings. They can be seen in the photo pic. This is the most complete Marx a mansion I have seen. And it is rare to find the Florida room with unbroken windows, to find the porch, and the cuppola. Again ask ANY and all questions PRIOR to bidding and purchase because this is a very difficult item to pack and ship. No returns due to this.
