Vintage Dunhill London Lighter Petrol Pat 2102108 Engine Turned Switzerland

Nice vertical engine turned design on this Dunhill petrol lighter. Has a nice weight to it, stands just under 2 1/2 inches tall. The vertical roller turns, but no spark is produced. The bottom has Pat. 2102108, the inside has Pat 1657352, see pics.The lid snaps open and snaps shut with a nice sound. Shows wear consistent with use. This is a vintage item, and as such will show signs of storage, age, etc. See pics. Not sure if this is working, or what will take for it to work.
