Great antique pre 1900s Voltmeter -
Very clean two range - I tested the low range with a small battery on the 15 volt range and it worked fine - 1.5 VThe 150 V range did not respond to my 1.5V battery so I don't know about that.
Very fine and old - so steam punk -
Meter mechanism is view able thru a thick slightly convex 1 3/4 inch lens.
