In true COUTURE FASHION, this lovely little bonnet has a wire frame with black velvet material that has rows of tiny antique glass JET BEADING framing the face in front and on the bottom back, and antique black silk ribbon embellishments! The hat is accented with luscious large GREEN VELVET bows on top, creating just the right contrast to its black velvet frame, and the interior of the hat has its original BLACK SILK ruched lining! The measurements of the hat are approximately 5 3/4" high, 6 1/4" wide in the back and is 3" deep, with the opening measuring about 5" high and wide and 3 1/4" deep; the actual opening circumference is about 12 1/2" around the rim. Other than minor age wear to the velvet, there are a few jet glass beads missing as well as some fraying to the silk ribbon which has also detached in some areas from the velvet, but overall considering it is over 125 years old it still makes a very CHARMING PRESENTATION and will make quite a statement on your antique Bebe doll!
