  Neat old tool found at estate. General age wear. Unusual. Ratchet mechanism working very smoothly/properly. Measures approx. 8" long. Weighs 1lb 9oz. Retains the square key lock piece still. Looks like that square hole for a bit measures 7/16" across. Tiny wood chip on the underside of the handle. Paint loss. I'm not positive, but underneath the years of dirt/oils, etc. I believe the handle is made of oak.     I bought it at an estate sale because in 26 years of s...elling antiques, I have never seen another one.
