Vintage Rolling Grass Clipper Shears; 43 Inches Tall W/11 Inch Cutting Head---I have had these in my garage 3 or 4 years. I bought them on a whim as I used them as a kid. I was totally amazed at the basic mechanics of them and it sure beat kneeling and pulling. The same is true today. Youth and adults alike want to try them out. I have often enjoyed "Tom Sawyer" moments letting my friends to try them out around the flower beds.
They require freque...nt oiling and sharpening. If you are strictly buying them to trim a lot of weeds, buy an electric weed eater. They have never liked thick stems and are designed to trim grass. But it works as well as they did when I was a kid and are always good to start a conversation--and maybe get some trimming labor donated.
NO HANDLING CHARGE: Due to the odd shape, the trimmer will be shipped in a specially made box and will be shipped cheapest way to insure to price of purchase but no special handling charges will be added.
