Claycraft Potteries, Los Angeles, CA 1921-1939 This is a wonderful depiction of a Spanish mission on clay. Notice all the intricate details on this vintage Claycraft tile. Excellent workmanship, muted matte glazes, self framed. Can be installed as the central tile in a fireplace surround, can be displayed as is in a tile stand, or frame in wood or iron and hang as a piece of unique art.... Measures 12" long x 4" tall x 3/4" thick. Great condition; has a small chip on bottom edge near the archway-hard to see as it blends into the outer frame.
