Both Set 1 & SET 2 are NEW IN ORIGINAL & CORRECT Sealed shrink wrap ( as pictured = NEVER opened) shrink wrap packaged (only year they were made) - also the next year, 1999 , was the only year one each was included as a "FREEKY DECAL" in the RAT-A-TUDE skater box(es). This is Set 1 & 2 (one & two) of the two sets made, 36 different made total in 1998, sold in package of 18, set 1 & set 2 (I have both sets sealed - this auctions), in past my fave custo...mer was buying whole box sealed Rat skaters only to get specific card(s). In these packages, listed what is included on back photo (as pictured), these are die-cut "precision etched" foil "decals" (really like trading cards, & exact size of collectable cards; example (baseball cards), with peel off wax paper to stick on anything, some because of age not able to stick without glue added but art is vibrant & perfect!NO child warning anywhere printed
** only produced in 1998 & sold in 18 card sets, set 1 & set 2 these were the first & only like this produced. Skater rats with 1 card in each box came a year later.
**BEWARE of the seller selling knock offs dated 2003 that were in gumball machines & bootlegged**
