I really would have liked to sell this vintage vacuum , , whole but the cannister has some minor issues and the ( power head) or brushroll has a short where electrical cable connects to the power head on the outside of the housing , , right where you you expect some wear on a vintage machine , If you still want parts for this vacuum I may list them "as is , , " , If I get a chance I may rewire the powerhead ( brushroll ...) It's not hard but I would have to take out the grommet that holds the electrical cable , and rewire and get the darn plastic grommet back in , , which can be difficult and a pain in the " " , , The cannister had a problem closing , the lid but it appears the bag is old and the cardboard insert has to be in an upright position for the lid to close , , The cardbaord template on an old filled bag that was already in the machine is kinked and when I straighten it out it solved the problem and was bale to c;lose the lid But you will have have to get a hold of a rare type M bag ..I tossed the old bag out because it was totally filled with dust , but left the cardbaord insert in and straightened it out as best it could because you need that insert to be stiff and straight in order to close the lid , that holds the bag , , I kept it inside by the intake so I could close the lid ,
Folks: This was an outstanding vintage vacuum : I hated to break it up for parts , but at this time I'm just selling the parts , ,
