You're bidding on an iMate ADB To USB adapter, which was made so people with Apple Desktop Bus peripherals could use them with their shiny blue iMacs that only came with USB. (This was most often the Apple Extended Keyboard, considered by many the finest Apple ever made.)
It probably came with a driver disk, which I of course don't have. It definitely works, because it shows up on the USB bus if you plug it into a computer, but I can't vouch for it doing what you want in your setup.... It seems to be directly supported by current Linux kernels, which is pretty funny.
