I only sell to mainland USA, No International Sales.I offer free shipping with postal insurance.I have tested the lighter to make sure that it lights up.The insides look nice and clean.This lighter was made in the early to Mid - 1970's .Flame adjustment appears to work.No Returns on this lighter.I am selling this cheap in AS-IN Condition.You can run... this in the shape it's in as I ran this lighter for a few days and it lit my cigarettes each time and usually on the 1st flick of my wrist.
