Up for sale is a very cool Early Old Antique 1920's SPALDING TEADE MARK Leather Tunnel Loop CRESCENT Pad CIRCA vintage Baseball Glove. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Early Old Antique 1920's light tan antique leather baseball mitt glove - Unusual crescent padding - see lower palm and pinky finger protruding leather padding - tightly stitched. This old antique glove has a wonderful brass wrist strap button (clean and shiny) and has in red lettering and deeply engraved - SPALDING TRADE ...MARK - baseball logo and factory stamping - see several photos attached. Very cool double tunnel webbing as well- see close up! Up for sale is a very cool and very old split finger crescent padding leather interior crescent style padding offset by light tan leather tunnel loop split finger ALL leather baseball glove MITT circa! As the photos show, the glove/leather is in great clean and supple shape and condition (interior palm leather creasing due to age, and leather is clean and totally pliable - very nice shape (see all photos for condition; note - feedback received that the leather wrist strap which is old and supple is not original to glove - see close up - the thick darker brown leather is 2 inches thick and tightly sewn and has two slits for the Spalding button to move and adjust the tension on the wrist and fit). The leather is soft and supple and holding very strong! It has a great feel and even better/cool look and and style - very nice shape for being 85-89 plus years old - Wow!!! The glove is made well and is tightly stitched and still has a very nice shine (must see the Spalding brass button). This old antique gem with the unusual thick exterior padding and beautiful Spalding trade mark stamping button and thick crescent padding also has the brass double fit button back wrist strap and is in perfect working order (see shiny brass wrist button).m.The old vintage early 20’s base ball glove measures 9 1/2" tall X 9 1/2" wide (adult size mitt - see photos with my hand fully extended; crescent padding measures 8.4 inches long - pinky to wrist and from the left side to middle interior another 4.85 inches; left handed glove for the right handed thrower).
