Original Description:
Up for auction is this beautiful example of a striking art deco radio by Zenith.  This is a beautiful example of model 6D-311.   6 tubes including a ballast tube.  This radio has that nice golden Zenith chassis.   All tubes have been tested good and all capacitors have been replaced with their modern equivalents.  All controls have been cleaned and lubricated.  As a result this radio sounds great across the AM broadcast band with good loudness an...d sensitivity.  The bakelite cabinet is an excellent shape without any chips, cracks, or scratches.  The radio weighs 6 1/2 pounds (unpacked).  Measures 11 in. long by 7 in. high by 6 1/2 in. deep.  Buyer pays shipping charges.  Paypal only.  Good luck!
