An interesting Portrait Oil Painting in need of conservation
Probably Russian School Early to mid 20th.Century
By an accomplished but to me Unknown hand
Oil on canvas on wooden stretcher. Surface grubbiness, poorly filled hole to right hand side. Hole to collar and some bruising to the canvas.
18.7 by 28 cms.
