Pretty vintage Merrythought Cheeky early teddy bear, dating from 1957-1959,
bearing original Reg. Design white black printed on the left foot pad,
of blonde silk plush, fully jointed,
feels to be stuffed with kapok throughout the body and head,
original orange and black plastic eyes, insert velveteen muzzle, vertically stitched tnose, inverted W shape mouth stitching,
original felt pads with some general wear, three claws stitching to each limb,
bells in the ear...s.
Approx. 9" (23 cm) tall.
Condition - teddy bear is in original vintage condition with some general wear, rust spots behind eyes.
