Atari 800 Computer, 48K, TESTED - WORKING! w/Power, joysticks, BASIC cartridge.
Original working Atari 800 computer circa 1979. Low Serial number!
This unit was taken care of, and is not showing signs of yellowing or any moisture or circuit damage. It looks new on the inside and mostly on the outside, too. There is a crack in the corner that a previous owner fixed with glue. The damage is on the back, and isn't visible if you're using the computer. No internal damage was det...ected -- and I opened up the unit to ensure that the components were all good. See Pictures.
Because this computer is 30 years old, there is no warranty or return. I only guarantee that the unit will turn on, boot into memo pad or whatever cartridge or disk drive you have in it. I have taken many steps to clean, refurbish and ensure that it's working properly.
The Computer is equipped with 48K RAM, which was the maximum that this unit can handle without modification. It comes complete with the BASIC ROM Cartridge, power pack, cables, and TV switch-box. Also included are 2 Pointmaster joysticks, which were also tested, and work fine. I pack these models up very well, with bubble wrap, cardboard stiffeners, and do everything possible to prevent it from being harmed during shipping.
