No visual led response when the power button is pressed. The internal components look clean and the caps don’t appear to be leaking. I think the RAM slot is empty and the PRAM battery has been removed. Don’t know if that has any effect on the power light. Being sold as is. These set top boxes are extremely rare though. Not certain if the remote goes with the item, but it will be included unless advised it isn’t wanted. Shipped with USPS First Class Package.
