Very nice looking Commodore SX-64. I purchased this from the original owner severalyears ago and planned to repair and restore it but never got around to that particular project.
Unit powers on and the screen comes up but the drive motor never stops spinning and the busy LED always stays lit. The keyboard keys seem to work but sometimes need a double strike. (I had always planned on a good cleaning of everything but never did.)
Speaking of which, this SX...-64 is *super* clean and in nice shape. My guess is it wasn't used allthat much back in the day, and has probably been stored a lot since. (I know I've stored it safelyfor the past several years.) There are a few very small chips and scuffs in the case, and the glass over the screen has some clouding. All in all a great looking system for its age.
Everything pictured is included - I do have an SX-64 User's Guide in storage somewhere but unfortunately cannot find it so far. If it does show up in the next few months I will mail it free of charge to the auction winner.
Thanks for looking!
