This is an Apple Macintosh Plus (Model M0001A) with a built in 1MB Floppy Drive and also includes a Keyboard and Mouse, as well as a System 6.08 disk and a second System disk with Utilities like external Hard Drive set-up.
This MacPlus appears to be in very good condition and is very clean with only very minimal scuffs to the case considering its age. It boots up from the System disk and goes to the desktop where we were able to test the mouse and keyboard, which ...function normally.
The keyboard is very clean and all of the keys work with no missing keys. This is the MacPlus extended keyboard with the Numeric Pad. Both the keyboard and Mouse have their original cables and there is a standard power cord (generic black, not original) included.
On shutting down, we could not get the disk drive to eject the disk on its own but it was easily removed by putting a paperclip in the manual ejection hole. The disk drive otherwise seems to function normally but may need lubrication.
There is no Battery but the battery area is clean and not corroded. We understand that this model used a 4.5V battery to power the internal clock when the unit is unplugged and modern versions are easily available.
There are connections on the back (SCSI ports) for external Hard Drive(s) (not included) and a piece of masking tape (easily removed) with notes on how to set the DIP switches for a Hard Drive. These could be easily removed without harming the case finish but we left them as Buyer may want to add a hard drive.
There are also connections for an external floppy drive and for a modem (neither is included).
