Up for sale is a USED Zippo lighter display case. Near as I can tell through online research, it is a ZSD-30 Stationary Display case used at retail. Found in a store that was going out of business and has not been used in over a decade. This display was probably used in the 90's (Picture 10 seems to show late 1994 production date), making it at least 25 years old.
The display looks to hold 20 lighters comfortably with space to hold about 10 extra lighter...s behind those displayed for restocking purposes.
The dimensions of the display are roughly 8 x 14 x 23.5 inches.
The display case weighs about 12 lbs empty.
The Cord reaches about 8 feet and has an on/off switch built into the cordThere is a lock and key! We couldn't find the key at first but it is included. It is a little bent and worn but it does work!
The lamp inside is original. It still lights up and works great. I am not going to attempt to remove it but I will pack some bubble wrap around it.
The header card on the back in picture 9 is in place but the plastic that held it in looks to have been crispy and cracked away years ago.
Picture 10 shows one of the rubber stopper feet on the bottom is missing. The unit still sits quite even and I'm sure there is an easy fix to that.
This piece would make a great display for a collector. Original and still working. SOLD AS IS. Display pictured is the one being sold.
I'm going to pack in a sturdy box with lots of bubble wrap and packing peanuts to get this to a new home in one piece!
