1975 Kenner Hugo Man of a Thousand Faces Toy with original box, instructions and most parts. Rare! Very hard to find with original box! Box is in pretty good shape with only a hole cut out at the bottom from a UPC type logo for a rebate, mail offer or something of the likes. The warts are missing, two scars, the head bandage, one pair of glasses, fangs, glue sticks and the mask. Everything else looks to be there which is still a lot considering how many peices this set had. Eyepatch ey...elets are torn but you can probably re-attach them somehow. I had all the parts until my younger brother got in to all of my stuff when I started to drive and leave the house. You can periodically find the other pieces for sale on eBay. I've seen complete sets sell for $300 on eBay. Has a bit of a musty/mildew smell from being stored in a basement since I was a kid. Shirt can be washed and laces retied on the shirt. Some of the parts can be cleaned a bit more including Hugo as the brown glue was very tacky and is still on some areas after all of these years. The glue smelled bad to begin with from what I remember! The mustache, goatee and eyebrow pieces with hair don't seem to be as flexible as I remember them. I would think most people in the market for this aren't really buying it to use though? No rips in the shirt or Hugo's arms under the shirt. No cracks on his head, hands or plastic body. Pretty nice overall for being 44 years old! Also includes rare instruction sheet! If you like creepy stuff... this thing is CREEPY! It freaked me out when I was younger!
