I believe this is a display only unit for CALIFORNIA MOBILE PHONE - fixed screen shows InUse 555 12 12 - I can’t seem to open the battery compartment and the antenna attachment is odd. Black Phone weighs just 15 ounces and is in great condition - just a couple scuffs.
