Vintage Aluminum Christmas Tree Rotating Color Wheel - Works Great!. I believe this is a Vintage Spartus Color Wheel, but because I don't have the original box, I can't say for sure. You take a look and decide.I purchased this at an estate sale many years ago. I do have a video of this working and shining bright if you would like to see it. I just don't know how to upload the video to eBay pics. You will need to purchase a bulb for this. (I personally just used a regu...lar 40 watt bulb.)
