Item up for sale is a glorious vintage wood carving of a Chinese foo dog / dragon boat carrying 8 different figures each in a different pose or performing a different action. This piece has no markings that we can find and is carved from a solid piece of wood. The tail of the piece shows a missing tip of the wood (see photos) and 2nd from far left figure in the back row has a slot along the back indicating that at one point there were a sail or accessory attached that was connected to ...the back and that vanished long ago (see photos). Wood body of the figure as a whole shows wood and finish wear from age and storage wear. Item as you see it measures 24-3/8" in length by 5-3/8" top to bottom at it's highest point. We are pleased to offer a 14 day, no questions asked return policy. If you don't like an item for any reason just contact us a.s.a.p. and just mail it back to us and you get a full refund of your purchase price. It's as simple as that.
We know full well the value of every cent so any item over $50 will be shipped insured to provide you with the greatest protection and leave you with no risk.
Due to the rising cost of shipping supplies we have been forced to follow many other professional sellers in charging a handling fee. Fee is estimated based upon costs of previous items we have shipped that are in the size and shape range of this item with consideration given to how fragile the item will be to ship.
Payment in full is expected within 7 days of the end of a listing. Items not paid for will result in the item being relisted and being blocked from future bidding or buying.
Sometimes smells miss our noses and we are unaware of their presence. For this reason, we can not guarantee items to be free from various smells, however if we notice anything we are sure to put it in the listing.
We accept Paypal along with various other forms. Please note that items paid for by personal or business checks will require a mandatory waiting period of 7 business days prior to the item being shipped.
We welcome bidders and buyers from all over the world but we cannot and will not lie on customs forms as this leaves all parties involved open to legal trouble.
