Antique Farrar And Wait Stoneware Crock Jar W/ Lid Scarce Mark

For consideration is this antique 1 gallon Stoneware jar with original lid. It has a scarce marking of Farrar & Wait, a short lived partnership of Ebeneezer Farrar and Joseph Wait circa 1843. Has a great brown slip glaze and the clay has a reddish hue. There are no cracks and only a couple small rim nicks. The lid has chipping along the outer edge also. It stands about 9 inches tall, 5 1/4 inches across the top, and is about 7 1/2 inches across the base. If you have any questions pleas...e ask.
