Original Plumb Boy Scouts of America 13" camping Hatchet.The axe head was pain thoroughly sanded by hand and buffed and polished to a mirror like finish.
The Logo stamps were removed during the sanding- polishing process so they are no longer visible. But it is an official Plumb Boy Scouts of America Hatchet.
A new handle was installed using the standard wood wedge with epoxy and 2 steel locking wedges. The handle was sanded smooth and was coated with several coats of Boiled Lin...seed oil.
