This is a vintage Peppermint Lollipop Liddle Kiddle doll from 1969. She is out of her packaging and has seen play, so has wear and dirt associated with play. Her hat probably shows the greatest amount of dirt, but it is still attached to her hair. The top circle of white fabric in her hat needs stitched down just a bit.
