This is day two of this Extraordinary estate sale, one of the greatest auctions we have held in 15 years. Up for auction is a LARGE ANTIQUE CHINESE LONGQUAN CELADON GLAZED CARVED LOTUS PHOENIX TAIL VASE. Great Yuan to early Ming design with rich Longquan Celadon glaze and carved features throughout. I am not exactly sure of the period; the vase is definitely very old. I have received good opinions that have dated the vase from Ming to early Kangxi period. I believe either way this vase has substantial value.
Condition: Wear and minor glaze imperfections and crazing consistent with early age. Overall substantially good as seen. All items checked under UV light to ensure no hidden damage.
Size: 17 inches tall, by 9 inches wide.
