Antique 18 " Kathe Kruse Hampelshen Doll X11/H

Antique 18" Kathe Kruse Hampelshen Doll X11/H.  This antique doll has a face #5.  Her head is painted cloth with three vertical seams on the back of her head.  Her head was made by Igor Vonjakimon.  She has a closed mouth, her eyes are painted blue and she has an original human hair wig.  Her body is made of cloth with loose swing legs.  Her hands are tab cloth as are her feet.   She has a button on her back that can stand with a special arrangem...ent.  Her feet are marked very faintly 243 which is very hard to see.  She won Honorable Mention at The United Federation of Doll Clubs, 49th Annual Exhibit, 1998, New Orleans, Louisiana.  Ribbon will be included with the sale of the doll.  She is dressed in her original teddy, red print dress, white jumper, black stockings and shoes.  She has a beautiful face and I think I described her the best I know how.  She was one of my favorites during my 40 years of collecting dolls.  Now it's time for someone else to enjoy her.
