Beautiful Universal Geneve 18k solid gold vintage chronograph watch in very good working condition and keeping very good time.The chronograph functions work well.Case diameter without crown is 34.5mm
Lovely patina, case in very good condition.To note there is a slight very small damage to the crystal glass ring at just below 9 o'clock see photos as well as wear to the back of the 2 chronograph pushers, and to give a complete description I would note 2 small issues:The first is that ...although the watch winds correctly without resistance, the winding crown is rather small and so it is little difficult to get a good grip on the crown to wind.Lastly I have added photos to show that the back case is solid gold, and this backcase clips onto the watch but the fit is not as tight as it should be, perhaps due to a very small ding just visible at 2 o'clock on the photo of the back of the watch so I would recommend a minor servicing of this watch as it's value justifies it being kept in excellent condition.And of course without doing anything the watch is ready to wear straight from the delivery box.In view of these minor issues I have listed at a very reasonable price, approaching half the listed price of 18k Cal 285's elsewhere for a very wearable watch needing a little TLCWill be very well wrapped and posted at under cost price on a 5 day tracked and insured service from here in France.Paypal only thanks
