Very nice large traditionally made Japanese Wakazashi in a nice black Saya with finely made furniture. DIAMYO registered in early 1952. Super early blade. Beautifully folded Japanese made blade. Unsigned osuriage on the nakago. She appears to be Muromachi. Shortened in the 1600s. Blade is in good polish. Very attractive hamon. Blade is in good polish with minor scratches. Saya has bumps and age lines. Still very serviceable. Just an nice attractive piece overall. Good candidate for Shi...nsa.
