The Burner / Heater typical of the arts & crafts period is made of tin work and cast iron, it is a decorative piece rather than a usable piece as it has a couple of holes in the base of the reservoir , the body is made of tin toleware and the ornate top is cast iron , it has a double burner inside so would have been used as a heater , it measures about 63cm ( 24.3.../4" ) high and it is about 19.5cm ( 7.3/4" ) in diameter with the base being about 28cm ( 11" ) in diameter
The condition overall is very good with the exception of the base of the reservoir which has a few little holes so would not hold the fuel ( unless it was repaired which would be quite easy to do and then it could be used as a heater )
