This is a lovely vintage French linen metis sheet which has a classic satin stitch hem. The snowy white linen metis has good body and weight to it and although it has possibly been used, although I am not sure, it is in excellent condition with no obvious signs of wear of thinning.
A lovely vintage sheet, wide enough for todays beds, yet bringing that little bit of yesteryear.
Linen metis is a wonderful fabric to sleep with, being a mixture of linen and cotton, one being the... weft the other the warp, it keeps you snug in winter yet wonderfully cool in summer.
I have several of these sheets available and will happily combine postage if buying more than one, please contact for details.
