Commodore CBM 2001 Commodore Business Machine

Found in my father-in-law's warehouse. The Commodore CBM 2001 ("Computer Business Machine") model was used to improve on some of the deficiencies of the PET.
This particular unit appears to be all there. It DOES NOT POWER ON, however. Also, one key has broken off (the stem is broken, so the key will not stay on), but will also be included.
I do not have time or the inclination to repair it, but opening the hood, I noticed one cable going to the monitor is loose.... The fuse looked to be intact but I cannot be sure. I've included pictures of the transformer and the capacitor in case anyone who knows about the stuff can tell by looking if the things are bad. The capacitor does not appear to be bulged or misshapen. I'm not sure about the transformer. The entire thing is pretty dusty and needs a thorough cleaning. It's been in a warehouse for thirty years or so.
