Here we have a Vintage American Family Kitchen Food 25 Pounds by Ounces Scale White Metal. It's in excellent working condition with signs of normal use, wear, and age. It could use a little cleaning, not much considering how long this was in storage. The only issue with it is there are 4 virtually invisible pieces of tape around the circumference of the plastic cover that is over the face of the scale. I don't know if they are needed to keep the face on or if it was just added insuranc...e for the original owner. I didn't want to mess with it, and I couldn't get it to show up in any of the pictures, but it's there. There are no chips or cracks on the face cover anywhere, so your guess is as good as mine why the tape is there. Check out the pictures and feel free to ask questions.
