This is a Chinese polished bronze censer of cylindrical form standing on three lion mask feet. Stunning decxoration of flying cranes among lingzhi cloud on swirl-pattern ground. Flowerhead border to rim and foot.The base is marked with an unusual archaic script of six characters.similar to Yongle.Late 17h/early 18th Century.Height 3.75 in (9.5 cm).In good condition. Stunning decxoration of flying cranes among lingzhi cloud on swirl-pattern ground. Flowerhead border to rim and foot.
The base is marked with an unusual archaic script of six characters.similar to Yongle.
