~*~ Hello and welcome to the Textile Trunk! ~*~A beautiful piece of blue and white antique plaid fabric dating from the late 18th to early 19th century! This piece is made from a beautiful medium weight linen fabric with woven white stripes on a stunning faded blue ground. There are hems on the side edges that were probably added later, a little patch in one corner and one edge is cut. There are many little holes in the fabric. This little fragment would be wonderful for a rustic towel... or table cover or for use in creative projects such as light upholstery, decorative pillows, backed curtains etc. (TT30)MEASUREMENTS : This lovely piece measures approximately 41 inches wide by 49 inches.CONDITION: This fabric is in as found, not freshly laundered condition.  There are some small pale marks or stains on this piece that may or may not wash fully, and uneven fading. There are some small holes. The edges are uneven in places. A timeworn treasure!
