Civil War, A military order from a Captain and Army Quarter Master to the Mississippi Central Railroad to transport two men.  It reads, "Oxford, Miss. May 1st, 1865.  The Mississippi Central Rail Road will furnish transportation for two men from Oxford to Grenada.  W. F. Avent, Capt. & A Q. M."  I would guess AQM stands for Army Quarter Master.  At one time the army had small chits that said "Good For One Soldier Passage."  Apparently these were all us...ed up and so this order was given.  Probably to get wounded soldiers home.
