This game does not include the instruction manual. It is the game cartridge and case only. The game cartridge is in great condition and the case shows a minimum amount of wear. No major tears in the plastic or cracks. The artwork is in great condition as well. There is a small crinkle in the artw...ork at the top and a few small dents in the plastic cover, which I have tried to show in the pics.
