This is a quite superb pair of gothic wooden oak carved brackets with the intricate carvings of the heads of lions, acorns & oak leaves, leaves & bunches of grapes of which:During our research we have been informed they certainly date from the 19th century.Date about c1880s.Gothic.Of a black forest origin.
